I love eating out, probably a lot more than I should especially given my current economic status. With that in mind, and the fact I’ve moved into more active blogging on thebigo.org, I would say it’s safe to expect I will be writing about my dining excursions more here. Unfortunately, I don’t have any good ones to share right now, but that will change soon (especially since I will be going back to Lobster Bar some time this month) however, in the mean time you can read an article I really enjoyed from another site.
The Wal-Mart of Fine Dining is an interesting read from SpliceToday about Cheesecake Factory, a chain I’m sure pretty much everybody is familiar with. I found it interesting because I never really understood the appeal; I live a few blocks from one of the Atlanta locations and I hate it because it creates a traffic nightmare more than anything really related to the food, which I don’t really find all that special.
