With a sound that is heavily rooted in the dark minimalist side of 140-bpm bass music, drawing on influences set by innovators such as Headhunter, and Kryptic Minds, London-based producer Icicle is quickly remaking a name for himself in the world of dubstep. HIs latest release ‘Minimal Dub’ on Shogun Audio has been frequently played in sets of mine over the past few weeks.
